PALESTINIAN URBAN PUBLIC PARKS INTIATIVE (?PUPPI?)
USAID/West Bank and Gaza (USAID/WB&G) will be inviting applications for a Cooperative Agreement to implement a program to rehabilitate, expand or improve existing public parks, or create new parks in neighborhoods throughout the West Bank and Gaza. USAID/WB&G anticipates awarding one Cooperative Agreement for approximately $1.99 million, subject to the availability of funds, for a period of one year.

The PUPPI program will thus have multiple benefits by creating much needed infrastructure and providing long-term social benefits to the selected communities. The program is intended to be constructed despite constrained access/mobility, and to involve the beneficiary community as much as possible in the planning, implementation, and long-term maintenance plans.
